Dealing with chronic illness and trauma in my life has taught me that toxic stress can ruin our happiness and our health.

Hello! My name is Liz, short for Dr. Elizabeth Shuler. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, PsyD, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master, I have dedicated my life to helping people who are anxious, stressed, sensitive, or going through a period of growth find greater wisdom and strength to see the light in their lives.

I have worked with people from all walks of life, including travelers, seekers, creatives, and mystics, from all over the world. My passion is to guide people towards achieving genuine peace and happiness in their lives.

As much as I am committed to helping others, I have also experienced my own share of struggles. I deal with chronic illness and a history of trauma, which means I understand firsthand the challenges that life can bring. However, I have learned to navigate through these difficulties with equanimity. I am able to move through the struggles and still live with a sense of peace and purpose, something that I never thought was possible.

I firmly believe that with the right support, everyone can achieve a sense of fulfillment and contentment in their lives, no matter what they may be facing. I am here to help you find your way towards a brighter and more meaningful life.
